Long Night's Moon

The days are shorter and Yule approaches.... with Solstice as the longest night of the year, we face the darkness knowing that we will see the sunlight and warmth again. We think about the things in our lives that we've endured and the lessons they have brought to us.

Yes, a part of us must die in order to be reborn. This now is the time for spiritual alchemy -- time to evaluate your life, and know that the sun is coming.

It's not a matter of surviving the dark times, it's a matter of regrouping, reorganizing...

and for some, a matter of re-evaluating just what goal it is to be striven for.

A time to rest and often a time of decomposition.

If you are able, share your good fortune with others. Open your heart to people who might be suffering either physically or spiritually. Let your light shine brightly so that others might find their way.

Bright Blessings to you all!
